You can optionally enable external AI analysis, which requires explicit consent:

  • Sanitized text snippets: Only relevant legal text, with personal information redacted
  • No personal data: We automatically remove emails, phone numbers, addresses, and names
  • Manual approval: You must explicitly approve each external analysis request

2. How We Process Your Data

Local Analysis

When you use local processing (default mode):

  • All analysis happens on your device
  • No data is transmitted to external servers
  • Results are stored locally in your browser
  • You have complete control over your data

External Analysis (Optional)

When you choose external AI analysis:

  • Text is automatically sanitized to remove personal information
  • Only relevant legal clauses are sent to AI providers
  • You receive a notification and must approve each request
  • You can revoke consent at any time
